1394 members of 427 families left CPI (M) and joined BJP

There is not much time left for the 2023 Tripura Assembly elections.

The mercury of state politics is slowly rising.

The state’s ruling BJP organised a public meeting which was held at Bonkar Ghat in Bolonia.

On that day, 1394 members of 427 families left CPI (M) and joined BJP.

Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb was present at the public meeting.

Two BJP MLAs Arun Chandra Bhowmik and Shankar Roy, BJP state president Dr. Manik Saha was also present there.

Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb also visited Belonia on Tuesday to attend the BJP Kisan Morcha’s executive meeting.

Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb was accompanied by BJP state President Dr Manik Saha, Agriculture & Tourism minister Pranjit Singh Roy and other senior BJP officials.

The executive meeting was held at Sachin Devvarman Auditorium in Bilonia.

Besides the meeting, the chief minister has several other programs.

He also take part in a joining program of the party today.
