One more tested positive for the novel coronavirus in Tripura today taking the total number of COVID-19 cases in the state to 151, Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb said.
Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb in his tweet said “Today in COVID19 test among 710 civilians & BSF officials of 138th-Bn, Dhalai Dist, 1 BSF official found COVID-19 POSITIVE. All COVID-19 patients are under proper medication, team of expert Doctors are taking care of them. I pray for their speedy recovery”.
The first two COVID-19 patients in the state have been cured of the disease and discharged from hospitals in April.
India’s tally of the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) crossed the bleak 70,000-mark on Tuesday morning as more than 3,600 new infections were reported in the last 24 hours, Union health ministry data showed.
