The total number of coronavirus cases in India surged to 145,380 Maharashtra witnessed a slight decline in daily COVID-19 count on Monday.
The total number of confirmed coronavirus cases in India crossed the 1.45-lakh mark on Monday at a time the country resumed domestic flights after two months of complete lockdown.
Total number of cases now stand at 1,45,380, including 57720 who have recovered and 4,021 deaths. The number of active cases is now at 77,103.
India recorded 146 deaths due to coronavirus infection on Monday, taking the total number of COVID-19 deaths to 4,021.
Four more persons in Tripura have tested positive for the novel coronavirus today.
990 samples have been tested today in Tripura for COVID-19.
Among them Four persons found COVID-19 POSITIVE.
All of them have returned from Mumbai, Maharashtra by train.
Confirming the detection of Four new positive cases in the state, Tripura chief minister Biplab Kumar Deb on Monday night said “990 samples have been tested today in Tripura for COVID-19. Among them 4 persons found COVID19 POSITIVE. All of them have returned from Mumbai, Maharashtra by train”.
