Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb in his tweet said “Out of 3015 samples tested for COVID-19, 98 people found POSITIVE”.
He also informed in his tweet that “33 COVID-19 patients have been discharged today from various CCCs after their test results came NEGATIVE”.
India has recorded 32,695 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours, taking the tally to 9,68,876, union ministry of health and family welfare on July 16, Thursday said.
The country at present has 3,31,146 active cases and 6,12,815 coronavirus patients have been cured/recovered.
Authorities reported over 32,000 cases in just 24 hours, taking the total tally to 9,68,876, according to the Health Ministry’s 8 a.m. update on July 16. Of these, more than 6.1 lakh have been cured or discharged, while over 3.3 lakh are active cases.
