Tripura Electronic Media Society paid tribute to Late Journalist Santanu Bhoumik.
Candles were lighted under the banner of Tripura Electronic Media Society at Agartala Press Club.
Santanu Bhowmik was a journalist murdered in the North-eastern state of Tripura in India while covering the “raasta roko” by Indigenous People’s Front of Tripura.
Some miscreants have murdered this young television journalist at Mandwai, 25km east of Agartala, on 2017 which had shaken the journalist countrywide. Santanu Bhowmik, was attacked with sharp cutting weapons while covering a road blockade agitation of the IPFT,
