Biplab Kumar Deb Paid floral tribute to the Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi at his birthday anniversary celebration programme at Rabindra Satabarshiki Bhavan, Agartala on 2nd October, 2020.

Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath and other dignitaries were also grace the celebration programme.
