NSUI Vice Prez against new Education Policy by State Govt
Vice President of NSUI Tripura Samrat Roy in a press release criticised the education policy in the state which is going to be implemented from 5th Oct.
In his statement he said that the previous decision of neighborhood class taken by Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath has failed miserably.
He also added in his statement that It has resulted in spike of corona cases to 509 positive case per day in that month.
He added that Under the pressure of opposition parties the decision of neighborhood class was later revoked.
Meanwhile from 5th oct again school are scheduled to reopen with 50% staff attendance.
Students from class 9 to + 12 are also allowed to be physically present in schools with permission of guardians.
According to Samrat Roy, this decision will only deteriorate the present condition and push the lives of many at risk.
Moreover putting on masks for long time will cause suffocation and other health problems, he also added.
