The state govt has finally decided to reopen schools from 7th dec after a gap of long 9 months.

However only classes of 10th and 12th standard will be operational on a regular basis.

The decision has been taken after getting green signal from the Health Dept.

In a press conference on Wednesday the Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath informed that classes of 10th and 12th standard was scheduled to reopen from 1st dec. There was a delay in the process as the health dept had not given a nod to the decision.

The decision was taken after the Covid situation has started to normalise a bit.

However the students have to take prior permission from their guardians to attend school.

Masks and sanitiser will be mandatory.

100% of the teaching staffs have to be present.

However no decision has yet been taken about reopening the classes for primary students.

The students of other classes except standard 10 and 12 can only attend school to take various suggestions.
