BJP supporters staged demonstrations
and blocked roads in different places of Khayerpur.
The BJP supporters also blocked roads in four places including Kashipur and shouted slogans “Manik Sarkar go back”.
They blocked the roads of different places of Khayerpur to prevent former Tripura chief minister, Manik Sarkar from visiting Khayerpur in Tripura.
They were protesting against the alleged attack on BJP supporters by CPIM leader and former minister, Pabitra Kar and his supporters on December 20.
