Trinamool workers attacked by miscreants in Udaipur
Two Trinamool Congress workers were injured following an alleged attack of BJP backed miscreants at College Tilla of Udaipur on Thrusday.
The injured Persons Azar Sarkar, Suman Miah were taken to GBP hospital at night after they were reffered from Udaipur hospital.
Allegations of assault on Trinamool (TMC) workers, who were with Sushmita Dev during her visit at Matabari Temple.
Two workers were seriously injured. They were admitted at AGMC. Trinamool Leader Sushmita Dev and Bratya Basu went to see the injured workers at night.
In the morning, former MP Sushmita Dev went to pay homage at the Tripureshwari temple. She was accompanied by activists and supporters of TMC. Trinamool (TMC) alleges that BJP attacked their party workers in the afternoon.
The BJP has denied the allegations.
As directed by Mamata Banerjee, we will go for a ground works to strengthen the organization. We want to raise the organization with such people who have acceptance in grassroots,” said TMC leader Susmita Dev in a press conference on Thursday.
Dev, who arrived in the state on Wednesday, said during her stay in the state till September 15 next, she would initiate membership drive and party programmes in all eight districts.
