Parties go door to door as polling day inches closer in Tripura
Elections in Tripura are seen not less than any festival. Whether it be Assembly Elections or local body. Big or small, every election season is regarded special and matters to the people of Tripura.
As of now, where the municipal elections are knocking the door, the political parties are no less behind in any kind of preparation and promotions.
This time it is much different than all the previous years because the poll clash can be seen in between the four major political parties including the ruling party BJP.
Where the ruling party BJP is 100% confident and hopeful about their win in this mega municipal polls; rest CPIM, Congress, Trinamool Congress and the newly born Tipra Motha also are claiming their dominion and victory in the same game.

The Municipal Election preparations in Tripura are in a full swing according to the official statement of The Election Commission of Tripura.
In one of the press meet, the Sadar SDM, Shri Ashim Saha cleared about the political cum law and order situation of the state. To him, every precautionary steps are being followed strictly to stop any possible poll violence as well as the COVID spread.
Tripura State Election Commission(SEC) on Friday announced the election to 20 urban local bodies, including Agartala Municipal Corporation in all the eight districts in the state on November 25.
The counting of votes will be held on November 28, three days after the elections.
