3585 voters from 938 families join BJP in Tripura

3585 voters from 938 families join Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Tripura.

They were welcomed by the Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb by handing over the party flag.

There is not much time left for the 2023 Tripura Assembly elections.

The mercury of state politics is slowly rising.

The state’s ruling BJP organised a public meeting which was held at Gokulnagar on Wednesday.

BJP Tripura president Dr Manik Saha said the CPIM candidate had won the 2018 assembly elections by a margin of 1,800 votes from the Kamalasagar assembly constituency. But with the number of activist supporters who have joined the BJP today, it is certain that in 2023, our candidate will win from the Kamalasagar Assembly.

Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb raised his voice against CPIM and Trinamool Congress.

Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb also mentioned the success of the present state government.
