5,427 families benefitted in Jirania under PMKISAN

In the present financial year, 5 thousand 427 farmer families of Jirania, Belbari and Old Agartala blocks under Jirania agricultural sub-division have been brought under Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana scheme.

Among them, financial assistance of 6 thousand rupees i.e.. 2 thousand rupees in 3 instalments have been provided to 5 thousand 96 families. Under this scheme, I thousand 628 families of Jirania block, 1 thousand 459 families of Belbari block and 2 thousand 9 families of Old Agartala block were benefitted.
