73rd Republic Day has been celebrated with all elation and ecstasy in Tripura

Agartala, January 27, 2022: Yesterday, starting with various spectacular cultural events, and road shows the 73rd Republic Day in the capital city has been celebrated with all flying colours, emotion and excitement.

In the morning, the tri-colour flag has been hoisted in the Assembly Premises by the honourable speaker Ratan Chakraborty and in the secretariat, by the Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath.

He also paid his honorary tribute to the martyrs by offering flowers on the stupa at Gandhi Ghat and Albert Ekka Park.

Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb also hoisted flag in his official residence yesterday morning.

Moreover, the State R-Day Celebration event has been observed in the Assam Rifles Ground of Agartala in presence of the Hon’ble Governor and Chief Minister.

In all the sub-divisions and district level also, cabinet ministers and officials from the state administration hoisted the national flag and celebrated the Republic Day with all flying colours.
