Air Quality monitoring station launched

The Tripura State Pollution Control Board has taken initiative to set up an air quality monitoring station in Agartala.

The purpose is to monitor the level of air pollution in the city of Agartala.

A function was organized at the office of the Pollution Control Board at Gurkha Basti to mark the inauguration of the monitoring station.

Deputy Mayor Monica Das Dutta and other officials of the department were present.

The invited guests highlighted the importance and significance of this monitoring system.
