Annual Action plan rollout workshop of Tripura Rural Livelihood Mission (TRLM) for FY 2022-23

Annual Action Plan of Tripura Rural Livelihood Mission (TRLM), RD

Department for 2022-23 have been approved by the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India for the State of Tripura. So, to rollout this plan for Financial Year 2022-23, 4 (four) day workshop have been organized during 6th to 9th April, 2022 at Prajna Bhawan, Agartala, where staff members of TRLM have participated from all across the state.

During this workshop different experts from the Ministry of RD, Gol have also participated and appreciated the efforts of TRLM and shared their suggestions and feedbacks for further improvement.

During this workshop detailed discussion was held on the achievements of the previous year and also awarded the staff members of TRLM for outstanding performances. During this workshop collectively block and districtwide strategies have been prepared for the implementation of the approved plan of TRLM for the financial year 2022-23.

The Achievements of key indicators of TRLM for FY 2021-22 and the plan for the Financial Year 2022-23 is given at annexure – I.

Key focus area of TRLM for the FY 2022-23 is given below 1. Formation of 11000 women SHGS and 16 Cluster Level Federations (CLFs) of

women SHGs, saturation of blocks with formation of SHGs.

  1. Capacity enhancement of Village/ Cluster Level Federations through training and handholding.
  2. Promotion of Producer Groups (PGs) and Producer Collectives for augmentation

of livelihoods of the women SHG members and their families. 4. 75000 SHG members shall be promoted with three or more livelihood activities for income enhancement.

  1. Development of 1000 plus new Community Resource Persons/ Sakhis. 6. Convergence with different departments for training, technology and input supply.
  2. Strengthening the existing Village and Cluster Level Federations.
  3. Cluster Development on livelihood activities.
  4. Integration with the Pineapple and Jackfruit Mission for women SHGs. 10. Partnership development with different technical support agencies for strategic and implementation support.
  5. Creating different marketing platforms for the SHG products.
  6. Ensuring loan to women SHGs within 7 days of demand at the rate of 7% interest.
