As Omicron cases rise in India, Tripura CM Biplab Deb appeals people to strictly follow COVID-19 norms

As the risk of Omicron virus is increasing every single day in the country, common people are also getting confused and panicking because of this whole new pathogen.

Urging everyone to be aware of the COVID infection like the first and second wave and to follow the specific code of conduct.

People must avoid crowding and strictly follow COVID-19 appropriate behaviour, Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb said.

Today, Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb visited the holy site of Sankirtan and Mahotsav. A sweet felicitation was given to the Chief Minister on behalf of the Sri Sri Gouranga Mahaprabhu Naam Sankirtan and Mahotsav Committee.

The CM was accompanied by Soma Majumder, Councilor of Agartala Municipal Corporation. Today, thousands of people have gathered there to see and meet the Chief Minister.
