Asst Manager of Tripura Gramin Bank’s Sabroom branch died mysteriously in a road accident
On Wednesday night, Rajdeep Dey (29), an Assistant Manager at Tripura Gramin Bank’s Sabroom Branch died mysteriously in a road accident.
Additionally, his colleague, Anupam Dutta (28), an Assistant Manager, sustained severe injuries during the same incident.
They suddenly went out on a scooty around 10 PM during the night, but did not return to their room as expected.
Despite extensive searches by their coworkers, they could not be located.
Subsequently, early this morning, people passing near the accident spot discovered both individuals lying in front of the Sabroom Yuva Shakti Club on National Highway No. 8 in Agartala. Promptly, they contacted the fire brigade, which rescued and transported them to the hospital.
Sabroom sub-divisional hospital confirmed the unfortunate demise of Rajdeep Dey, while severely injured Anupam Dutta was urgently referred to Agartala GB Hospital due to his critical condition.
The Sabroom police station has initiated an investigation into the enigmatic circumstances surrounding this road accident.

The employees and officials at the Gramin Bank’s Sabroom branch are perplexed by his unexpected and untimely death and suspect there is mystery behind this tragic event.
