Bharat Bandh: Strike evokes mixed response in Tripura

The Samyukt Kisan Morcha (SKM) called a 10-hour-long Bharat Bandh to mark the first anniversary of the Centre’s three controversial farm laws getting Presidential nod. 

A partial impact on the Bharat bandh called was felt across the state since morning.

No major violence occurred during the strike in the state.

The Bharat Bandh garnered support from more than 500 farmer organizations, 15 trade unions, political parties, six state governments and varied sections of society.
