Six months have passed since Biplab Kumar Deb resigned from the post of Chief Minister.
However, Biplab Kumar Deb’s popularity did not fade at all.
A public meeting organised in Amarpur’s Thalchara on Tuesday yet again proved it.
The public meeting of the former Chief Minister and current MP Biplab Kumar Deb at Thalchara in Amarpur was overcrowded with Janajati people.
While addressing this public meeting, former CM said BJP has given respect to the tribal people of the State.
Biplab Deb said that the tribal people were never respected during the 25 years of Communist rule in the state, targeting the tenure of the Left government of this state.
While addressing a mass gathering at Thalcherra in Amarpur sub- division of Tripura’s Gomati district, Biplab Deb criticized the Congress and CPIM.
Besides, Biplab Kumar Deb criticized Trinamool Congress as seasonal parties without naming them.
While speaking, Biplab Kumar Deb highlighted the various activities of the BJP-led government for the development of the indigenous people.
He also highlighted the various achievements of the state government.
The large number of people attending this public meeting in Thalchara on Tuesday showed that there is no shortage in the popularity of Biplab Deb among the people.
At the same time, political observers think that the organizational base of BJP created by Biplab Deb in hilly areas is still intact.
