On Saturday, Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha claimed that the law and order situation is quite good in the poll-bound Tripura.
He added that the rate of murder rape, and arson cases has decided and there is no political violence in Tripura since the BJP came to power.
While addressing the ‘Jan Viswas rally’ (rath yatra), official election campaign of BJP at Kumarghat in Unakoti district, CM said that according to the National Crime Record Bureau (NCRB) report, the law and order situation is quite good compared to other states.
Saha added that although the opposition parties are creating trouble, the law and order situation is quite good as the state police are showing zero tolerance to all kinds of crime.
The Chief Minister of Tripura appealed to the people to join the saffron party who are still supporting opposition parties like Congress, CPIM and Trinamool Congress so that the state can become self-reliant and stronger.
