Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha visited North Tripura District Hospital at Dharmanagar on Monday.
During the visit, the Chief Minister visited various wards of the hospital and inquired about the various services of the hospital.
He also visited the dedicated Covid Health Center already set up at Dharmanagar Hospital and reviewed the various services there.
Later speaking to reporters, the Chief Minister said that the decision was taken to launch various advanced services like state hospitals in Agartala for which this visit was organised.
CM also said that his current visit to this hospital is to see how effective the instructions have been implemented which was given in the previous visit.
The Chief Minister said that the state government is planning to introduce all the infrastructure and logistic support available in the state hospitals in the district hospitals, which will be beneficial.
During the Chief Minister’s visit, MLA Malina Debnath, District Magistrate and Collector of North Tripura district Nagesh Kumar B, SP of the district Dr. Kiran Kumar, Superintendent of District Hospital Deepak Halder and others were present on this day.
