Prime Minister Narendra Modi shows dream to people and fulfills those dreams as well. The state government is working with transparency along with the central government for the overall development of the state, enunciated Chief Minister Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha after inaugurating the newly built rural market Lakhiram Hati in Chakmaghat yesterday.
Besides, the Chief Minister had virtually inaugurated Krishnapur Farmers’ Knowledge Centre, newly built Krishnapur High School building and Kakrachara-Tirthamani para via Bilaiham road The Chief Minister also said, government is working with definite plans in different sectors such as road, education, health etc, for the welfare of tribal people of the rural areas.
6 National Highways roads are being constructed in the state. Approval has been given for construction of 7 more NH roads and 4 ropeways Once these projects are implemented, huge difference will be noticed in the communication system of the state in the coming days. He said, the central government is giving special thrust upon development of 8 states of the Northeast.
MIA Atul Debbarma, Chief Whip of Tripura Legislative Assembly Kalyani Roy, Sabhadhipati of Khowai Zilla Parishad Joydeb Debbarma, Khowai DM & Collector Dilip Kumar Chakma and Khowai District SP Ratiranjan Debnath were also present in the inaugural programme.
