To provide better health services to the people of Tripura is one of the main objectives of the present state government. To meet that target, the government is working seriously to develop the health infrastructure of the state.
Due to the development of improved health infrastructure in the state, the number of patient referr has also decreased significantly.
Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha said this at the foundation stone laying ceremony of ANM Training School in Durjoynagar on Friday.
He added, “The present state government is working on the development of health, education and agriculture sectors as priority. At present, various types of health infrastructure including medical college, dental college, and pharmacist college have been developed in the state”.
Based on these, the government is working on a plan to build a medical hub in Tripura in the coming days.
The Chief Minister further said, a plan has been taken to build the Tripura Medical College on the model of RIMS with the aim of providing better health services to the people of the state.
