Whoever has more knowledge will move forward in the future. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that those who have knowledge are the future of tomorrow.
Hence, the state government has given top priority to quality education in the state as well as the necessary infrastructure of higher education is being developed in the state.
Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha said this while inaugurating Jirania Law College in Mohanpur of Jirania subdivision on Friday.
On this occasion, a program was organized in the premises of Ranirbazar High School.
Education and Law Minister Ratanlal Nath, Information and Culture Minister Sushanta Chowdhury and many other dignitaries were present at the inauguration ceremony.
Chief Minister said that the present government has made efforts from the beginning to make the students of the state at par with the students of other advanced states of India.
He added that improved infrastructure of schools is being developed in various districts, sub-divisions and block areas of the state.
CM Dr Saha urged the management committee of the college to take initiatives so that this law college becomes a center of excellence in the future.
He also said, “The management committee should also see that students from different parts of the state get the opportunity to study in the law college”.
