Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb to open Diwali Festival at Tripureswari Temple.
Dy Chief Minister Jishnu Dev Varma, Revenue Minister NC Debbarma, Tribal Welfare Minister Mever Kumar Jamatia and Tourism Minister Pranajit Singha Roy would remain present in the inaugural function.
Elaborate security has been thrown out at Tripureshwari temple to keep trouble makers at bay. Besides, watch towers and CCTV cameras were erected to keep close eye on suspicious movement.
