CPIM and Congress have no place in Tripura: Biplab Kumar Deb

“Manik Sarkar used to be the Chief Minister by fighting hand signs, organizing murders, rapes and riots. Today, he is voting for the hand sign. What could be a worse punishment than this? Members of the Politburo voted for the hand.” Biplab Kumar Deb made this comment at the rally organized in Sarma Kabiguru Vidyalaya ground in Gandacherra.

Biplab Kumar Deb further said, “CPM and Congress have no place in Tripura. People have seen their masked faces.
Pradyot Kishore Debbarman, the founder of TIPRA Motha, was present at the public meeting.

He highlighted various issues of the CPIM era in his speech. Pradyot said, “Bajuban Reang was an MP seven times but our Bru refugees got nothing. Biplab Kumar Deb during his tenure as Chief Minister did a lot for the benefit of indigenous tribes. He is undoubtedly a good person and human being.”

A large number of supporters attended the rally organized by the three parties, BJP, TIPRA Motha and IPFT ahead of the Lok Sabha elections in East Tripura.

44 Raima Valley MLA Nandita Debbarma Reang, Dhalai District Janjati Morcha President Parimal Debbarma, MP Rebati Tripura, Raima Valley Mandal President Samir Ranjan Tripura, IPFT Party BSC Chairman Prem Sadhan Tripura and many others were present.
