CPIM on Tuesday declared their candidates for two Lok Sabha seats of the state.

Addressing a press conference here at CPI (M) headquarters on Tuesday afternoon after meeting of Left Front parties and state committee of CPI (M), Bjian Dhar said that the sitting candidates Sankar Prasad Datta for West Tripura constituency

and Jitendra Chaudhury for East Tripura (ST) constituency have been renominated for upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

He also added that front ally CPI (M) has always put up their party candidates for both seats and this year too they have nominated both of their sitting MPs for contesting both Lok Sabha seats of the state.
