Daily Desher Katha moves High Court

The CPM mouthpiece Daily Desher Kotha has filed a write petition in the High Court challenging the RNI’s decision to withdraw the registration of the paper following the District Magistrate’s order in his regard.

“We filed the write petition in the High Court on Saturday .We are waiting for the petition to be admitted for hearing in the High Court” said Gautam Das.

He alleged that the decision of the RNI was said the move by RNI was “totally illegal politically motivated and anti democratic”.
