DestinationTripura Investment Summit 2021 inaugurated at Pragna Bhavan

On Thursday, at Pragna Bhavan Chief Minister Biplab Deb along with Tinku Roy and others inaugurated the much awaited first ever in the state “Destination Tripura” Investment Summit 2021.

Addressing the audience present in the hall, Mr. Deb said that multiple plans have been taken for the development of State’s industry and trade.

The government is working on a priority basis to ensure a conducive environment for industrialization and investment. The Chief Minister also said that at present the state government is moving ahead with the private sector in terms of proper management and speed of implementation of the plan.

The state government will extend the hand of overall cooperation through expansion of industry and expansion of commercial facilities. In order to increase the interest of investors in industrial development, the state government has introduced simplification and relaxation in a number of areas.

Through a video conderence, Union Minister for Industries and Commerce Piyush Goel said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had called for the development of the Northeast through the overall development of the Northeast.

At the same time, the central government is working with special emphasis on investment, communication, infrastructure, information technology, etc. in the Northeast.
