Drinking water connection to 28,597 families in Khowai district

Clean drinking water connection has been provided to 28 thousand 597 families of six blocks of the district till December 27 with the initiative of Drinking Water & Sanitation department.

Among them, 2 thousand 302 families of Mungiakami block under Teliamura sub-division, 5 thousand 600 families of Teliaura block, 5 thousand 51 families of Kalyanpur block, 4 thousand 652 families of Padmabil block under Khowai sub-division, 6 thousand 798 families of Khowai block and 4 thousand 194 families of Tulashikhar block were given clean drinking water connection through pipeline.
