The present government is working to build a beautiful and secure future by educating the students of the tribal sections in quality education.
For this, residential buildings are being constructed for tribal children in every subdivision of the state.
Education Minister Ratanlal Nath said this while inaugurating the newly constructed 50-bed Tribal Girls’ Residential Building and 7 additional dormitories of Shyamsing Higher Secondary School of Sabroom subdivision on Wednesday.
Notably, in the BADP scheme, 2 crore 10 lakh rupees have been spent on the construction of hostels and 1 crore 8 lakh rupees on the construction of additional rooms.
The Education Minister also said that the state government is making efforts to modernize the reading structure for the all-round development of students.
He also inaugurated 3 additional classrooms built under BADP scheme at Harina Girls High School and a library built under the Samagra Shiksha campaign.
