Good news for ASHA workers Soon : Biplab Deb

Vivekananda Bichar Manch organised the organisational meeting of Tripura Asha Karmi Sangh, All Tripura Asha Facilitator Association on Saturday at Agartala Town Hall.

Huge number of ASHA facilitators and workers attended the event. While appreciating them, Former Chief Minister and Rajyasabha MP Biplab Kumar Deb said that these sisters are the builders of the future generation.

Almost an equal amount of crowd was also present outside the hall on the call of Biplab Deb. The event once again proved the popularity of Biplab Kumar Deb, which is increasing even after his resignation as the Chief Minister.

Deb said that women crimes as well as immoral activities were not tolerated during his tenure as Chief Minister and strict action were taken against offenders without judging their political colour.

He added that the current government has given priority to women empowerment in all fields, which can be recognised by 33% reservation in employment.
