The government has taken positive steps including reformative packages for the improvement of education system in the state. It is essential for teachers to create awareness about different work plans taken for the overall welfare of the education sector among students during the prayer assembly, enunciated Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb in the 75 foundation day programme of Netaji Subhash Vidyamketan today.
In the beginning of the programme, the Chief Minister and other guests paid floral tribute to the statue of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose. Then the Chief Minister launched the school website usvagartala.org in and flagged off a rally from the school campus The Chief Minister in the programme said, the government is working on priority basis for the overall improvement of education sector.
Various reforms have been brought in the education system so that the students in the state can uphold themselves even on national level. Besides that, positive initiatives have been taken including Mission 100 Vidvajyoti scheme and introducing NCERT syllabus in short period of time.
Its successful result is being observed practically. Apart from that, arrangements have been made to provide training o students for preparation of competitive exams and to increase their capability. As a result of which, achievement in UPSC results can be seen because of the assistance provided by the government.
The Chief Minister also said, the present government is determined to build a bright and prosperous future of the students. The Chief Minister also said, the government is determined to provide servives with transparency starting from distribution system to higher education.
Responding to the call of the state government, even doctors from outside the state are coming forward for the quality improvement of health services in the state. As a result of which, open heart surgery was possible for the first time in Tripura by heart surgeon Dr. Kanak Narayan Bhattacharya.
The government is working with plannings to provide all kinds of services like treatment of complicated diseases such as kidney transplants through improvement in health infrastructure. He said, teacher’s job is a respectful job. He called upon the teachers to take responsibility to create awareness among the students regarding different positive initiatives taken for public welfare and student’s welfare.
MLA and Vice-President of School Management Committee Dr. Dilip Das in the programme said, the state government is working prioritizing education and health sectors. Its positive results are being observed throughout the state. A hage change in the education system has been witnessed during the period of the present government. He called upon the students to involve themselves in social welfare activities in future.
