“I salute the ASHA and Anganwadi workers of my state” : CM Biplab

The State Government is considering multiple issues of the employees including the DA payment with a positive mindset. Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb said this while addressing a thanksgiving programme organized. by Vivekananda Bichar Manch at Badharghat Sports School ground in Agartala on Sunday.

The programme was held in appreciation of various steps taken in the interest of government employees of the state government.

VVM has emerged as a big platform of government employees, of late, and Sunday’s public rally was its first big gathering to thank the Chief Minister for the series of steps his government took for the welfare of the employees.

“I salute the ASHA and Anganwadi workers of my state. The level of dedication that my sisters have shown during the pandemic period deserved applause. I know, they want to hear good news from me and I am assuring you all that this government will not disappoint anyone”, Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb told a gathering of government employees at Badharghat sports school field organized by Vivekananda Vicha Manch (VVM)

The various steps taken by the government for the welfare of the people through government employees are properly implemented. Teachers are the main driving force of the government. The Chief Minister further said that the government has given importance to creating a healthy work culture instead of creating obstacles in government work by keeping the employees busy in processions and meetings.

A positive work ethic has been created among the employees of all sections. Instead of criticizing others, the Chief Minister urged everyone to fulfill their responsibilities with devotion.

Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister Biplob Kumar Dev said the government has taken positive steps regarding the interests of Group-C, Group-D, Home Guard, Science teachers, teachers and staff involved in education as a whole.

The government has also taken positive steps to address the long-stalled promotion of state government employees through ad hoc promotions.

Transparency in recruitment has created an opportunity to select qualified candidates. The decision to increase the amount of Puja Advance will benefit the employees as well as indirectly have a positive impact on the market economy.

The government has taken various positive steps related to the interests of employees, including the seventh pay scale, special benefits in the case of LTC, UGC scale for professors.
