The mothers and sisters of the state now do not have to go out in the sun and rain to demand various help for themselves and their families. The present government has been helping mothers and sisters, especially in rural areas, to become financially self-sufficient.
The present government wants women’s empowerment. This was stated by Deputy Chief Minister Jishnu Devvarma while inaugurating the distribution of sewing machines among women at Liladev Smriti Community Hall in Charilam block recently.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also said that only through empowerment of mothers and sisters is possible to build a better India.
In order to become financially self-sufficient and prosperous, rural women have to come forward in an organized manner and use various government assistance.
The government is ready to provide all kinds of assistance for the advancement of women.
During the distribution of sewing machines to 200 women in the block area, the Deputy Chief Minister and others officially handed over sewing machines to 20 people.
