JP Nadda, the BJP national president, who is currently on a two-day visit to Tripura, strongly criticized the CPIM and Congress on Saturday at a large rally organized by the BJP at Santirbazar HS School in the South District to commemorate Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s nine years.
He asserted that both parties are associated with corruption, the breakdown of law and order, deliberate killings, and embezzlement of government funds.
Speaking , Nadda stated, “Congress means Misrule, Corruption, Nepotism, Commission, Policy-Paralysis, and law and order’s failure. CPIM represents the Embezzlement of Government Funds, Lawlessness,Targeted Killings, Ration Theft and Administrative Collapse.”
Further he claimed that BJP means Development, Health, Poor’s Welfare, Highways, Internet, Infrastructure, Railways, Airways, Education, Empowerment of Women, Youth and Poor to ensure ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’.
Nadda highlighted the progress made under BJP’s governance in Tripura with significant development, upliftment in education, healthcare and women, infrastructure, poor welfare and inclusive development.
He added that the Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana is more than just a food program and has played a significant role in reducing extreme poverty in India, to less than 1%.
The national president said, “The nation has undergone an exceptional change over the past nine years. Prior to 2014, India was perceived as a corrupt nation. During the UPA government’s tenure, corruption and scandals were rampant, occurring every day.”
