Madhab Bari : Situation improved

Ranir Bazar police yesterday recovered a country made pistol from Madhavbari where several persons were injured in a clash during the 11 hours strike called by the North East Students Organization (NESO).

SP West Ajit Pratap Singh said “The overall situation is under control now there was no report of any untoward incident incident at Madhavbari. The security personnel are still patrolling in the tension hit area and the prohibitory order under section 144 of Cr.PC is still in force.”

He also urged the people not to break Law and order .
