“Maoist & Naxalite faces of Communists exposed”: Pratima

Pratima Bhoumik, Minister of State in the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment visited Nityananda Bhowmik at AGMC hospital today who was injured during the violence at Dhanpur few days ago

Pratima Bhowmik while addressing media said that “After returning for Delhi today I went to GB hospital to see Nityananda Bhowmik, who was injured during the violence at Dhanpur”.

At least 12 BJP workers were injured at the incident.

Pratima Bhowmik went to GB Hospital on Wednesday to inquire about BJP workers injured in the Dhanpur incident.

There she inquired about the physical condition of the injured.

Later while taking to media she expressed her anger against the communists. The fact that they believe in terrorism, Maoism and Naxals is evident from today’s events she said.

The workers of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Communist Party of India (Marxist) clashed in Tripura’s Sepahijala district on Monday over former chief minister and opposition leader Manik Sarkar’s political programme.

Manik Sarkar was to address an event at his assembly constituency Dhanpur in Kathalia block of Sepahijala. According to locals, some BJP workers tried to stop Manik Sarkar’s convoy from entering his constituency.
