MBB Airport in Agartala is now set to have international flight service with Dhaka & Chittagong.

The wait is almost over. Tripura is soon going to be connected with international destinations- Dhaka and Chittagong in Bangladesh through air services.

Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb in his tweet said “Finally, MBB Airport in Agartala is now set to have international flight service with Dhaka & Chittagong. My heartfelt thanks to Hon’ble PM Shri @narendramodi ji & Civil Aviation Minister Shri @JM_Scindia ji for this initiative to fulfill the dream of the people of Tripura”.

According to sources, a plan to connect Tripura and Bangkok through flight services is also in the pipeline.
