Newly elected Councillor of Dharmanagar MC met CM

On Thursday, the newly elected councillors of Dharmanagar Municipal Council met Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb at his office.

According to reports, it was a courtesy meet to take wishes and suggestions from the Chief Minister for Dharmanagar’s golden future and developmental progress.

In the Hall No.2 of the secretariat a small event was held regarding the felicitation of new council members of the DMC.

In the beginning of the event, a delegation of councillors handed over a flower bouquet and special items in the hands of CM showing gratitude and honour.

Later, while addressing the councillors; the CM said “ For ensuring a bright, secured and better future of the people of Dharmanagar you people need to work unitedly and with plans.

Moreover, he said that in their respective areas the Councillor have to make their wise and dutiful image so, that common men may not find difficulties while submitting their complaints.” The CM wished them all the luck for their new job and responsibility as councillors.
