Tripura NSUI placed a deputation to DGP seeking action against culprits who attacked on NSUI leaders in Tripura.

In the letter NSUI Vice President Samrat Roy wrote “I would like to file a complaint regarding a threatening of murder on 22nd August, 2021 at 7:00p.m. Actually, I went to visited one of the Student Union Leader i.e. Md Yasin Indranagar as he was little sick. Then within few minutes few gang of bikers as I guen 50/60 bikers surrounded his house and the area of Indranagar & they was telling me that today is your last day. They began abusing me in a disgusting manner before telling me what I did to them. He stated that we would give you same days be in your limit, otherwise you have to see the opposite side of the coin. After that, police rescued me from that situation. I went to NCC police station and then they send me to the East Police Station. I gave them the details of what they done with me I made one FIR On August 23, 2021, those myotery bikers arrived infront of my house and attacked on me an continuously giving me threatening that they will kill me. For the last 2 days 24th and 25th August I am on very critical situation, they are continuously noticing my home and giving threat to me & my whole family”.

In a letter placed before DGP V.S. Yadav, Tripura NSUI sought justice for their leaders.

NSUI demanded immediate arrest of the miscreants.
