ParakramParv: CM pays homage to shahid Rabi debbarma

On the occasion of ParakramParv  Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb visited the house of Veer chakra awardee Shaheed Rabi Deb Barma,He sacrificed his life during operation of Indian peace keeping force in Srilanka.
