Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrives in Tripura.
BJP state media-in-charge Sunit Sarkar said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will come to Tripura on Saturday to address two election rallies.
He added that BJP state election in-charge Mahesh Sharma, Chief Minister Manik Saha, and BJP State President president Rajib Bhattacharjee welcomed PM Modi at Airport in Agartala.
Sarkar further said that Modi address the first rally around 12 pm at Ambassa in Dhalai district while the second rally is likely to start at 3pm at Gomati district.
Rajib Bhattacharjee, BJP’s northeast coordinator Dr Sambit Patra many other leaders held a meeting on Friday to discuss the preparations of prime minister’s visit.
Sarkar added that Prime Minister may also visit the state on February 13.
Meanwhile, senior police offices stated that security has been increased across the northeastern state concerning the visit of PM.
