Police achieved a major achievement against drug trafficing; two arrested

In pursuance of Nesha Mukt Tripura drive, Khowai District Police achieved a major achievement against drug trafficing on 23/03/2022.

Based on specific information Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Khowai, Officer in-Charge Subhash Park Out Post alongwith other officers & staff conducted raid in the house of Pradyut Nandi Majumdar.

During raid the police found total 33.6 gm heroine and seized accordingly and also arrested two person namely Prakash Debbarma (19) S/o Sri Krishna Debbarma of Idankur, PS Champahaour and Mihir – Dutta (32) S/O Lt. Madhusudhan Dutta of Banbazar, PS Champahaour in this – connection.

A case has been registered in this regard for further investigation.
