Purvaudaya Distributes Winter Clothes

Winter clothes were distributed among the poor people by Niti Deb, the General secretary of Purvaudaya, an NGO on Monday.

AMC Deputy Mayor Manika Das Datta was also present with Niti Deb, the wife of Tripura’s former Chief Minister and incumbent Rajyasabha MP Biplab Kumar Deb.

Speaking to the media, Deb greeted the people of Tripura and wished for a better life and happiness for everyone.

She said, “Although, we came to know that the fourth wave of COVID is found in some parts of the country, we are hopeful that the deadly virus will not make an impact in Tripura and entire north-eastern region”.

Niti Deb praised the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said “He is like our father, having a large heart. Under his guidance and leadership, we can witness massive development.”
