“Sangsad Mega Health Camp” starts Today

Under the initiative of Rajya Sabha MP Biplab Kumar Deb, according to the BJP party decisions and directives, the ‘Sangsad Mega Health Camp’ is going to be held for the first time in Tripura.

In the first phase, this special health camp will be held in three districts of the state – West Tripura, Khowai and South Tripura.
Specialist doctors of the state along with the renowned doctors of the county will be present in those camps.

West district health camp will be held on April 28 at Mohanpur Swami Vivekananda College.
The Khowai district health camp will be held on April 29 at Khowai Town Hall.
The South District camp will be held at Shantirbazar Girls’ School on April 30.

Extensive initiatives have been taken to make the health camps successful and to avail medical services for the general public.

According to the administration sources, 8 doctors specializing in different fields will be present in these health camps.
They are ENT surgeon Dr. Krishan Rajbhar and Cardiology and medicine expert Dr. Deepak Suman of Delhi’s Safdarjung Hospital, Pediatrician Himani Saroha and renowned neurologist Dr. Ramnik Garg of Max Hospital, Senior Orthopaedic Dr. Sankalp Jaiswal, Specialist (general) doctor Dr. Preeti Dhaiya and dermatologist Manish Jangra of Dr. Rammanohar Lohia Hospital, and renowned dentist Dr. Vasundhara Kaushik of Chandigarh.

They will be accompanied by various diagnostic equipment of the state and medicines will also be provided.

The health camp will start at 10:30 am.
Rajya Sabha MP Biplab Kumar Deb, local MLAs and other public representatives will be present at the health camps.
