A mass gathering of agitated personnel have been observed at various locations under Kailashahar Sub-Division,

The administration took action and promulgated section 144 CrPC to avert further deterioration of the situation.

From the report of reliable sources, the mass gathering has taken place as repercussion to the untoward recent incidents that have taken place in other places outside Sub-Division,

Section 144 imposed at Kailashahar for 48 Hours (5 PM of 29-10-2021 to 5 PM of 31-10 2021)

The Restrictions are as follows Gathering of person mover than 5(five) is prohibited.

No person shall be allowed to carry any type of weapons such as lashis, baw & arrows, sharp edged bamboos, cycle chains, catapult, iron rod, knives, firearms and explosives etc.

This order shall not apply to the Police. BSF, TSR. AR and other law enforcing agencies Any person having valid permis issued by the competent authority of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Police BSF and other law enforcing authorities.

This order shall not apply to people carrying critical patients to hospital or for purchase of life saving drugs medicines from the authorized medicine stores In view of the emergent nature of the situation and with view to ensure public peace & tranquility this prchibitory order is passed ex-parte Any violation of this prohibitory order will attract punishment under Section 188 of IPC and the police may take action against those persons who violate this order.
