Shahid Diwas celebrated in the state with utmost honour and prestige

Agartala, January 31, 2022: Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi’s death anniversary has been celebrated with utmost sincerity and reverence in every corner of the state yesterday.

Marking this occasion, Cooperatives and Jail Minister Ramprasad Paul has paid his tribute on the holy surface of martyrdom in the Gandhighat.

Along with the minister, the sadar SDM Ashim Saha and others have also offered the same. Talking with the media persons, Minister Paul has highlighted the significance of 30th January where he has been recorded glorifying Gandhiji’s legacy and contribution to the India’s Independence struggle.

However, Gandhi is not dead, he is living in our hearts all the time and he would be living in our hearts until the end of this world,” said Mr. Ramprasad Paul in his press bite yesterday.
