This was stated by Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb at the official inauguration of State & District Level Inauguration Programine Intensified Mission Indradhanush 4.0.

This special state-wide program has been adopted under the Mission Indradhanush Project to bring all pregnant women and children under essential immunization to protect them from various diseases.

The event was held at East Jogendranagar Samar Smriti Bhavan.
